Bag Packing

We have managed to gain a full days bag packing at Sainsbury’s in Prestwick on Saturday 9th March. If any parent can help supervise or assist in the bag packing them please speak to me asap.

Letters will be handed out this week to all pupils. As we have games next Saturday morning the girls section and footballers will undertake the first shift with the rugby section taking on the 1.00- 3.00 and 3.00- 5.00 shifts. The bus from Glasgow Academy will drop off the pupils and staff who can help on the afternoon shift at the store on the way back to Maybole.

We require the following help:

10.30 – 1.00 = 10 pupils/adults
1.00 – 3.00 = 16 pupils/adults
3.00 – 5.00 = 16 pupils/adults

The letter that will be handed out should be returned to myself or Mrs Clark by Monday 4th March.

Thanks again to the parents who have already offered to assist on the day.

Tuck Shop

The support we have been receiving for the tuck shop has been outstanding. We ran a tuck shop on Thursday/Friday and at the Scotland trip on Sunday. We brought in over £200 over the 3 days. We will be running a tuck shop on Saturday this week and we are running low on crisps and sweets. We managed to sell out all of our chocolate bars on Sunday.

If anybody can help us with these then that would be gratefully appreciated.
